- Parents are requested to attend the parent teacher meeting regularly, to collect the result and to discuss the progress of the child with the teachers concerned. On the result day the students should have their diary with them. Absentees will have to get the leave sanctioned from the principal before the resumption of classes.
- Parents / guardians are not allowed to enter the class or staff room and meet the children or interview the teachers during the school hours without the explicit permission of the principal.
- Parents aggrieved on any ground are requested to see the Principal personally by prior appointment instead of airing their grievances in public in front of the School campus, as this creates confusion and chaos amongst other Parents, leading to the development of a not too cordial relation between the Parents and the School Authorities. Parents should refrain from uttering comments or doing things that are detrimental to the interest of the school and its students.
- Parents should send their children in the specified school uniform and on time. The Physical Education Director is the competent authority to check the uniform.
